Що робити
- Commercial: Own the commercial performance of the slots vertical, including GGR, NGR, active players, retention, margin, and bonus cost.
- Strategy: Develop and execute the slots content strategy across all target markets.
- Portfolio: Manage the slots game portfolio, including new launches, removals, categorization, positioning, and prioritization.
- Game Design: Oversee team of designers and creatives to ensure top product quality and alignment with initial idea.
- Game Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process of slot games, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
Що очікуємо
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the iGaming industry, with a focus on slot game development.
- Expertise: Proven track record of developing and launching successful slot games.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and product nuances across various jurisdictions and territories.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
