Що робити

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the US market
  • Build, manage, and scale the sales department
  • Lead B2B sales: advertisers, brands, agencies, and direct clients
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, closing, and retention
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and reporting

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (Head of Sales / Sales Director)
  • Strong background in digital advertising, media, performance marketing, or traffic monetization
  • Deep knowledge of the USA market (client expectations, pricing, sales culture)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (media buying, advertising, SaaS, or related fields)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
