We are looking for a Head of Sales to scale a high-performing sales function. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong enterprise sales expertise with hands-on team leadership experience.
You will work directly with the CEO, take ownership of the sales department, develop sales processes, create scalable playbooks, coach the team, improve sales execution, and help the company grow through a structured and predictable sales approach.
What You’ll Own:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Own and develop Empat’s sales function, working closely with the CEO
Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and operating standards
Build scalable sales playbooks, frameworks, and best practices for the team
Establish sales KPIs, reporting routines, forecasting processes, and performance tracking
Identify areas for improvement across the sales cycle and drive continuous optimization
You’ll inherit an internal AI agent pod and are expected to push it further
Team Management & Development:
Lead and develop a sales team
Coach sales managers and account executives through regular feedback, call reviews, and performance analysis
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of future sales talent
Create structured approaches for improving sales skills and deal execution
Enterprise Sales & Deal Ownership
Personally lead and close strategic, high-value deals
Own the company’s revenue targets and sales performance, ensuring consistent and predictable revenue growth
Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
Support the team in deal strategy, negotiations, and closing processes
Validate sales calls, proposals, and client communication to improve conversion quality
Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure strong commercial solutions
Expectations about your experience:
C1/C2 English
6+ years of experience in technology sales, IT services, or software development companies
You’ve run an AI-augmented sales motion — using AI for prospecting, nurturing, and pipeline ops.
Proven experience as Head of Sales, Sales Director, VP Sales, or similar leadership role
Previous experience leading and developing a sales team of 3+ professionals
Experience building and improving sales processes, playbooks, methodologies, and operational frameworks
Proven track record of personally leading and closing strategic, high-value deals ($150K+)
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and complex deal execution
Experience working with international clients, especially US / UK / European markets
