• Attract new partners and grow existing accounts — including proactive outreach and daily communication with the market.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the Sales Team.
• Own the existing KPI and targets system — track it, refine it, and adjust performance standards as the business evolves.
• Take over the established sales funnel and internal processes, and continuously improve their efficiency.
• Refine the existing sales flow — from the first client contact to closing, upselling, repeat business and long-term partnerships.
