- Define and execute the product strategy focused on GGR, LTV, Retention, and profitability
- Take full ownership of the product P&L, budget control, and financial performance
- Optimize registration, deposit, engagement, and retention funnels
- Improve UX and conversion rates through analytics, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Develop bonus, gamification, and retention mechanics using Smartico
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming as a Head of Product or Senior Product Manager
- Strong understanding of casino or betting business models and product metrics, including Hold and In/Out
- Experience managing product P&L and profitability
- Strong background in product analytics, A/B testing, segmentation, and UX research
- Ability to work hands-on and independently in a fast-paced environment
