Experience in a senior HR leadership role;
Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 15 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 2000+ employees. Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable;
Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends;
Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives;
