- Build, optimize, and scale operational processes supporting Media Buying
- Define and implement performance indicators for operational units
- Lead and manage the team (task planning, KPIs, performance reviews)
- Oversee billing operations: payments, reconciliations, financial discipline
- Organize sourcing and scaling of account providers
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Media Buying
- 3+ year of head management experience
- Strong understanding of advertising account infrastructure (Facebook / Google / TikTok/in-app)
- Experience working with account providers + app sellers
- Engineer and refine scalable architectures to facilitate budget expansion and OPEX low
