We’re looking for a Head of IT to take full ownership of our technology infrastructure and IT operations across the Group’s companies. In this role, you’ll be the person who keeps our systems running, our data secure, and our distributed team of 300+ people connected and productive — across multiple brands, locations, and time zones.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking: you’ll build governance frameworks, lead vendor relationships, drive cost efficiency, and act as a trusted technology partner for business stakeholders. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love solving complex infrastructure challenges, and want to shape IT from the ground up — this role is for you.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Own and govern access management across the Group, including role administration, permissions and security controls for all core systems (platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and other business-critical tools).
Ensure high availability and business continuity of IT services through infrastructure resilience, redundancy planning and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage and oversee server infrastructure, cloud environments, networks and related technology platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability and security.
Establish monitoring, alerting and incident management processes, ensuring proactive detection, response and resolution of technical issues.
Support and continuously improve the corporate IT environment for a distributed workforce, including endpoint management, software provisioning and device security.
Own employee lifecycle IT processes, including onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and compliance with internal security standards.
Drive infrastructure cost optimization and vendor management, ensuring efficient use of resources and strong relationships with external providers.
Build and maintain IT governance processes, documentation, standards and operational procedures across the organization.
Participate in technical due diligence, evaluation and implementation of new systems, vendors, tools and integrations.
Lead and develop the IT function, ensuring effective prioritization, execution and delivery of internal IT initiatives and support services.
Act as a trusted technology partner for business stakeholders, enabling operational efficiency through reliable and scalable IT services.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
3+ years of experience in IT leadership, IT operations, infrastructure management or related roles.
Proven experience managing cloud environments, server infrastructure, networks and corporate IT systems.
Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), security best practices and user lifecycle management.
Experience supporting remote and distributed teams across multiple locations.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Atlassian products and modern SaaS ecosystems.
Experience building monitoring, alerting, incident management and business continuity processes.
Strong vendor management and infrastructure cost optimization experience.
Ability to establish and maintain IT policies, standards, documentation and governance frameworks.
Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (B2+ minimum).
