• Payments and Provider Management
• Own the payment operating model across fiat and crypto methods, including routing, cascading, failover and GEO-specific cashier configurations in cooperation with IT Department.
• Lead the selection, commercial negotiation, onboarding and launch of PSPs, acquirers, banks, gateways, crypto processors and other payment partners within delegated authority.
• Monitor payment conversion, technical success, payout execution, provider availability, fees, reserves, settlement terms and counterparty exposure; drive corrective action and escalation.
• Maintain a resilient provider portfolio with appropriate concentration limits, fallback capacity and replacement pipelines.
