Що робити
- Shape and drive the overall creative vision across our products, brands, and marketing materials;
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team, maintaining a high quality bar across all areas;
- Oversee visual execution across product design, web, mobile, branding, game-related visuals, and marketing creatives;
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Development teams to create effective, business-focused design solutions;
- Build and improve design processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints;
Що очікуємо
- 5 + years proven experience in a leadership role such as Head of Creative, Head of Design, Creative Director, Design Director, or Art Director;
- Strong background in product design, web design, branding, and digital creative production;
- Experience working with both B2B and B2C products;
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates taste, versatility, and design thinking;
- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, hierarchy, and modern digital design principles;
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with gaming, entertainment, or interactive products;
- Experience with performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design;
- Understanding of motion design, 3D, animation, or interactive design;
- Experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3, or other fast-growing digital industries;
- Familiarity with UX principles, design systems, and gamification.
