Що робити
- Lead and support the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, helping them grow professionally and improve their delivery skills.
- Support Project Managers in resolving complex project situations, risks, escalations, and client-related challenges.
- Manage staffing across projects, including resource allocation, project transfers, and bench utilization.
- Work closely with Engineering, Recruitment, HR, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery.
Що очікуємо
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience mentoring, managing, or developing Project Managers and teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery processes and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with staffing, resource planning, and team allocation.
