Що робити
- Design and execute the company’s data strategy, ensuring data is at the heart of every business decision.
- Oversee and optimize the design of our data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, SQL).
- Transform raw data into a strategic roadmap, identifying high-impact challenges and opportunities for the business.
- Lead the development of predictive models and machine learning frameworks to forecast user behavior and LTV.
- Act as a strategic partner to Leadership and Product teams, delivering insights that directly influence product growth and KPIs.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in data leadership or senior analytics roles, ideally within iGaming or high-load Fintech.
- Master of SQL & Architecture: Deep expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern data stacks.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced experience with Amplitude and a proven track record of extracting product insights.
- Engineering Mindset: Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and the ability to guide technical implementations.
- Statistical Expertise: Practical experience in building predictive models and applying advanced statistical methods.
