• Map processes with their owners, identify bottlenecks, and establish a baseline for time, cost, errors, and service quality
• Prioritize an automation backlog by expected business value and effort; decide when to build, buy, or improve an existing process
• Build and launch agents, integrations, and workflows using APIs, webhooks, and company data; address data quality before scaling
• Make systems dependable: test output quality, monitor usage and costs, keep logs, handle failures and retries, and provide human review or handoff where needed
• Work with the CTO on safe data access, permissions, and security; choose straightforward rule-based automation when an LLM is unnecessary
