- Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy across Tier-1 markets.
- Identify new growth opportunities, traffic sources, and partnership models.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic affiliates, media partners, and networks.
- Drive customer acquisition while maintaining profitability and traffic quality.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging acquisition channels.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming.
- 2+ years of experience managing affiliate teams.
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 and regulated markets.
- Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other commercial partnership models.
- Experience managing large affiliate portfolios and strategic partnerships.

- Experience launching affiliate programs from scratch.
- Existing network of affiliate contacts within Tier-1 markets.
- Experience working with sportsbook and casino products.
- Knowledge of responsible gambling and compliance requirements in regulated jurisdictions.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
