- Build and lead the affiliate marketing strategy for the LATAM market.
- Launch, manage, and scale the company’s affiliate program from the pre-launch stage.
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners.
- Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, media buyers, networks, and key industry partners.
- Own affiliate acquisition targets, performance KPIs, budgets, and ROI.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of the LATAM iGaming market, especially Spanish-speaking markets.
- Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
- Solid existing network of affiliates, media buyers, and industry partners.
- Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs for casino, betting, or gaming products.
