- ● Creative Communication: Creating vibrant event announcements, launching warm greetings for birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
- ● Gamification: Supporting and actively developing the internal gamification program for the team.
- ● Event Management: Planning and organising internal company events per the engagement calendar on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis (offline/online entertainment activities, corporate parties).
- ● Business Trips & Logistics: Organising business trips for team members, including booking tickets, hotels, and arranging transfers.
- ● Analytics and Improvement: Monitoring satisfaction levels with benefits and activities, and generating fresh ideas for their enhancement.
Що очікуємо
- ● English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
- ● Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and flawless organisational skills.
- ● Ability to multitask effectively.
- ● Creative approach to tasks.
