Що робити

  • Complex Hypothesis Leadership: Developing high-complexity hypotheses (loyalty shifts, systemic onboarding features) with a focus on high accuracy and Win Rate;
  • Validate and Formulate Hypotheses: Develop, validate, and iterate on product hypotheses aimed at improving user experience and financial metrics across the platform;
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests to validate product changes, analyzing results to derive actionable insights that will drive key growth and financial outcomes;
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess trends, and measure the impact of product improvements on the user journey and financial performance;
  • Optimization of Financial Metrics: Focus on optimizing the conversion funnel, improving user engagement, and increasing financial metrics such as transaction volume, revenue, and customer lifetime value through strategic product improvements;

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years in Product Management, with a focus on Growth, Retention, or Lifecycle management;
  • Exceptional data analysis skills. You don't just look at dashboards; you interpret trends and turn them into product decisions;
  • Advanced proficiency in modern analytics tools (Amplitude or Mixpanel is a must; GA4, Firebase Analytics, Tableau are preferred).
  • Technical A/B Testing: Extensive experience with mobile/web experimentation frameworks (Firebase Remote Config, Apptimize, etc.);
  • Practical experience in conducting depth interviews and leveraging feedback loops (NPS, CSAT, CES) to improve product-market fit;
