About Us
We're hiring on behalf of our partner — a company that powers the operations behind regulated and high-risk industries.
They give fast-moving businesses in these spaces the structure, compliance and talent they need to scale — without slowing down.
About the Role
We're looking for a T-shaped marketer — someone with deep expertise in one or two core marketing disciplines, paired with broad working knowledge across the full marketing and growth stack. This isn't a role for someone who wants to execute a checklist. We need someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on, lead a small team, and open doors with clients and partners.
You'll own marketing strategy end-to-end, manage and grow our marketing function, and act as a bridge between marketing and revenue — engaging directly with clients and prospective partners. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build something real, not just "run campaigns."
Who You Are
Proactive by default. You spot problems and opportunities before being asked to look for them.
Hungry to build. You think in systems and roadmaps, not one-off tasks.
High ownership. You treat this like your own business — because in many ways, it will be.
Results-driven within a real structure. Core working hours are 10:00–19:00 CEST, and we expect you to be present and available during that window for meetings, collaboration, and client/partner calls. Within that structure, we don't micromanage how you spend your time — we care about the quality of your thinking and the results you deliver, not how busy you look.
Eager to learn and adapt. You pick up new tools, channels, and skills fast, and you're comfortable being a beginner when needed.
T-shaped. You have real depth in at least one area (e.g., performance marketing, content/brand, product marketing, or lifecycle/CRM) — and enough breadth to be genuinely useful — not an expert, but capable of jumping in and getting things done — across the rest (SEO, paid, content, social, email, analytics, positioning).
Commercially minded. You understand that marketing exists to drive pipeline and revenue, not just impressions.
What You'll Own
🎯 Marketing Strategy
Define and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Identify the highest-leverage channels and initiatives — and kill the ones that don't work
Set KPIs, own the marketing roadmap, and report on results (not activity)
Continuously test, learn, and iterate across positioning, messaging, and channels
👥 Team Leadership
Manage and mentor the existing marketer(s), setting clear priorities and growth paths
Identify gaps in the team and make the case for new hires as the function scales
Build lightweight processes that keep the team moving fast without unnecessary bureaucracy
🤝 Business Development & Partnerships
Engage directly with prospective clients — you're comfortable on sales calls and think like a seller, not just a marketer
Identify, pitch, and close new partnership opportunities (co-marketing, channel, affiliate, or strategic)
Act as a face of the company in external conversations — confident, credible, and commercially sharp
🛠️ Hands-On Execution
Roll up your sleeves when needed — whether that's writing copy, reviewing a campaign, or jumping into a client call
Ensure marketing output (content, campaigns, brand) is consistently high quality and on-strategy
What Success Looks Like
Marketing has a clear strategy tied directly to pipeline/revenue goals
The marketing team operates with clarity, autonomy, and increasing capability
New partnerships and client relationships are actively contributing to growth
Leadership trusts you to make the right calls without needing to check in constantly
Ideal Background (guidelines, not gatekeeping)
4+ years in marketing with progressively increasing scope/ownership
Experience managing at least one direct report, or informally leading projects/teams
