Outbound Lead Generation (Apollo.io & Cold Outreach):
Conduct deep audience research and build accurate lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP: Business Owners, C-level Executives, HR Directors of US contractor companies).
Build, launch, and manage personalized outbound email sequences.
Handle technical infrastructure setup: domain configuration, inbox warm-up, deliverability monitoring, and spam protection.
Run continuous A/B testing on subject lines, messaging angles, and CTAs to optimize Open and Reply Rates.

English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced) / C2 (Proficient) — MANDATORY. Our primary market is the US. Copy must sound natural, concise, and persuasive without any non-native phrasing.
1.5+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation or Demand Generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or US/Western markets).
Proven proficiency with Apollo.io and a solid understanding of cold email architecture & deliverability.
Strong B2B copywriting skills: ability to craft short, high-converting cold emails that cut through inbox noise.
Hands-on experience leveraging LinkedIn as an active lead acquisition channel.

Format: 100% Remote.
