- 1. Email Campaign Design (Figma)
- Independently translate detailed briefings into visually striking, on-brand email designs in Figma.
- Build campaigns that are not only beautiful but optimized for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion across desktop and mobile email clients.
- Maintain pixel-level consistency with each brand's visual identity, components, and design system.
- 2. Design Review & Revision Management

- Excellent skills — in landing page design and graphic design — strong portfolio is mandatory.
- Deep understanding — of spacing, white space, hierarchy, contrast, focal points, and what makes advertising creative actually work. Not just aesthetics — effectiveness.
- Advanced — Figma skills — collaborative design, components, auto-layout, design system management, prototyping.
- Strong — Adobe Photoshop skills for image editing, retouching, and asset preparation.
- Demonstrated — ability to evaluate other designers' work, articulate what is and isn't working, and write clear revision notes.
