Що робити

Coordinate technical and financial reporting and administration for funded projects: deliverables, implementation, and compliant, on-time submissions
Own the full application cycle from grants pipeline take-over, through opportunity assessment and eligibility screening, to drafting, budgeting, and submission
Monitor and identify local and international funding opportunities across defense/dual-use innovation funds (e.g. Brave1, NATO, EU defense programs).
Collaborate closely with R&D, Business Development, marketing, finance, and leadership to gather the technical and financial inputs each application needs
Represent the company at consortiums and other multi-stakeholder forums, acting as the bridge between leadership and external partners

Що очікуємо

2+ years of experience managing grants — applying, winning, and reporting — ideally across both public/government and private fonds
Knowledge of project management (scoping and budgeting)
Experience co-implementing international consortium projects — multiple partners, shared deliverables, split reporting obligations
Proven track record of securing grant funding, experience with defense, dual-use, or EU/NATO innovation funding instruments specifically — e.g. Horizon Europe, EDF, EIC Accelerator, DIANA
Strong spoken and written English
