Technical Skills -3+ years of commercial Golang development experience in production systems -Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines -Proficiency with gRPC and Kafka for high-performance service communication and event streaming -Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL or Google Spanner) including schema design, indexing, and query optimization -Experience with profiling and benchmarking Go applications (pprof or similar) -Ability to design and implement complex automated processes such as cron jobs with dependencies, retries, and monitoring -Skilled in writing clear API documentation and technical specifications
