- Manage day-to-day project delivery and coordinate the work of a cross-functional team.
- Keep priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and commitments transparent and under control.
- Communicate directly with the client, align expectations, and provide regular project updates.
- Identify and manage project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address issues related to ownership, engagement, or missed commitments.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT, software development, engineering, hardware, IoT, or another technical environment.
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience communicating directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of project planning, delivery management, risk management, dependencies, priorities, and scope.
- Experience providing feedback and handling team performance, engagement, or ownership issues.
