• As a member of our Support Team, you are one of the first points of contact for our customers whenever questions or technical issues arise.
• You will not only answer support requests but also analyze problems, find solutions, coordinate next steps, and ensure that issues are followed through to resolution.
• You will work closely with Operations, Project Management, QA, and Sales to ensure that customer requests and technical issues are handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
