• Gamification Management: Design, configure, and launch comprehensive gamification mechanics (tournaments, missions, loyalty tiers, mini-games, bonus stores, etc.) on the Smartico platform.
• Monitoring & Analytics: Continuously track the performance of live campaigns, analyze user engagement metrics, and optimize existing mechanics to boost player retention.
• Customer Support Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to promptly resolve complex player escalations regarding bonus allocations or campaign mechanics. Create clear guidelines and help the support agents understand the logic behind active campaigns.
• Idea Generation: Proactively explore and implement new Smartico features and solutions to continuously enhance the overall User Experience (UX).
