🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Games Product Manager with strong hands-on experience in games and content operations on the operator or platform side.
The main focus of this role is managing and optimizing casino/game operations across different GEOs, providers, licenses, and platforms. We are looking for someone who deeply understands how game content performs in practice, how providers are configured for specific markets, and what operational, technical, and regulatory nuances impact performance and player experience.
In this role, you will work closely with Games, Product, Platform, CRM, and commercial teams to improve game performance, optimize provider setup and lobby structure, adapt content strategies for different GEOs, and drive overall casino operations efficiency.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
Managing and optimizing game/provider setup across multiple GEOs;
Analyzing game and provider performance, player behavior, and lobby efficiency to identify growth and optimization opportunities;
Defining game placement, lobby, and content strategies based on market specifics and performance insights;
Working closely with Product, CRM, Platform, BI, and commercial teams to improve player experience, conversion, and retention;
Identifying operational and product-related issues affecting game performance and engagement;
Participating in provider integrations, setup, and configuration processes;
Contributing to product decisions and feature improvements based on operational expertise, market trends, and performance data;
Collaborating with technical teams on platform and workflow improvements;
Monitoring competitors, providers, and GEO-specific market trends across regulated and non-regulated markets;
Working with Tier 1 and highly regulated markets such;
Helping shape and improve internal games/product operational processes and strategies.
👤Our Criteria:
Hands-on experience with games/content operations on the operator or platform side;
Strong understanding of provider integrations, setup, and GEO-specific configurations;
Experience working with Tier 1 / regulated markets and different licensing models;
Understanding of game performance, lobby structure, player behavior, and casino operations in practice;
Ability to analyze provider/platform-side statistics and use data to identify improvement opportunities;
Experience driving product or operational improvements based on market, GEO, and performance insights;
Strong collaboration skills across Product, CRM, Platform, BI, and commercial teams;
Comfortable working in fast-changing and operationally complex environments.
Nice to have:
Experience with both licensed and non-licensed markets;
Understanding of casino platform architecture and workflows;
Experience scaling casino/game operations across multiple GEOs;
