We are looking for a Lead Game Manager (Team Lead) to lead the Game Management team and take ownership of the game portfolio strategy across all brands and GEOs. This is a high-responsibility role where you will define the direction of the game portfolio, lead negotiations with providers, develop a team of Game Managers from Junior to Senior level, and ensure strong alignment with Product, CRM/VIP, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance teams.
Responseebility:
Full ownership of the game portfolio strategy across all brands and GEOs: prioritization of top-performing games, rotation of underperforming titles, and optimization decisions.
Develop the structure and logic of the game lobby: categories, tags, recommendations, and content personalization, in coordination with the Product Owner.
Develop the promotional strategy: game selection, tournaments, exclusive content, in collaboration with CRM, VIP, and Marketing teams.
Lead senior-level negotiations with providers and aggregators: discounts, exclusives, early releases, bonus tools, and quarterly business reviews.
Coordinate technical matters and take ownership of complex incidents in partnership with Tech/QA.
Monitor margins, risks, and turnover efficiency; make decisions regarding the removal or adjustment of high-risk content.
Develop and maintain internal documentation and processes for the entire GM team.
Lead, coach, and develop the Game Management team: performance reviews, KPIs, individual development plans, and workload distribution.
Monitor provider discounts and collaborate with Finance to optimize costs.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and unit economics.
Proven experience in optimizing game portfolios, lobbies, and performance across multiple GEOs simultaneously.
Experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on actionable insights.
Knowledge of provider integrations, promotional mechanics, and technical processes for game launches.
Experience in commercial negotiations.
Team management experience, including performance reviews, coaching, and development planning.
Nice to have:
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and willingness to dive into execution.
Systematic thinking and the ability to build frameworks and processes rather than only solving individual tasks.
High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with a long-term perspective
We offer:
Flexible schedule and remote format or office in Kyiv / Warsaw — you choose.
20 paid vacation days, sick leaves, maternity leave, and health insurance (UA-/PLbased, other locations in progress).
A supportive, friendly team where knowledge-sharing is part of the culture.
Coverage for professional events and learning.
Birthday greetings, team buildings, and warm human connection beyond work.
Zero joules of energy to the aggressor state, its affiliated businesses, or partners.
