We’re looking for a Full-Stack PHP / WordPress Developer who is comfortable working with existing projects, can independently investigate tasks, and take them through to a completed result.

What You’ll Be Doing
— developing and improving WordPress themes and plugins; — maintaining and extending existing web projects; — developing new functionality with PHP and Laravel; — integrating third-party APIs and services; — investigating, debugging, and resolving issues in existing codebases; — analyzing technical requirements and finding effective implementation approaches; — using Claude Code and other AI tools as part of your daily development workflow.
What We’re Looking For
— strong practical knowledge of PHP and WordPress; — experience developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins; — ability to work confidently with existing and legacy codebases; — ability to independently identify root causes of issues and propose solutions; — experience working with APIs and third-party integrations; — confident use of Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools; — ownership and responsibility for the final result; — ability to analyze a task and ask the right questions when requirements or information are missing; — clear, open, and timely communication with the team.
Independence and ownership are especially important to us. We’re looking for a developer who can take a task, understand its context, ask the necessary questions, propose a solution, and drive it through to completion without requiring constant supervision.
