We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced Founder’s Associate to join one of toogeza’s clients — Zibra AI.
About Zibra AI
Zibra AI is the data infrastructure company for physical AI and 3D-heavy domains serving customers in Gaming, Film, and Industrial verticals. Customer logos span DNEG, Sony, NVIDIA, Tencent, and around 20 more. We’re backed by leading investors including a16z.
We’re now entering a major expansion phase: a large hiring plan is underway and the company will roughly double in size over the next 4- 6 months.
The role
You’ll work directly with the founders and executive team as the operating engine of the Founders Office. This is not a classic execution-generalist role. Your core job is orchestration: making sure the projects that matter most to the founders — fundraising, strategic partnerships, key hires, flagship customer relationships — move forward on time, with the right people held accountable and nothing falling through the cracks. Think of it as program management for the company’s most strategic work, combined with the research, analysis, and materials that power founder-level decisions.
What you’ll do
— Drive strategic projects to completion. Own the tracking, cadence, and follow-through on founders-office initiatives across the company. You won’t execute every workstream yourself — you’ll make sure the owners do, and escalate early when things slip.
— Research and synthesis. Turn markets, competitors, customers, and data into crisp summaries and recommendations the founders can act on in minutes, not hours.
— Materials and decks. Prepare and polish investor decks, partner proposals, board updates, and internal strategy documents to a standard we’d put in front of a16z.
— Stakeholder relationships. Help the CEO maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders — investors, strategic partners, and flagship customers: preparing for meetings, tracking commitments, and keeping follow-ups moving.
— Whatever the moment needs. In a company doubling in six months, the highest- leverage problem changes weekly. You’ll go where the leverage is.
What we’re looking for
— Extreme proactivity and ownership. You close loops without being chased, spot problems before they land, and act without waiting for instructions.
— Excellent project management. You can run multiple parallel workstreams involving senior people and keep all of them honest — politely, but relentlessly.
— Strong analytical and writing skills. You turn complex, messy information into clear, structured output — documents, models, one-pagers, decks.
— Judgement and discretion. You’ll handle confidential information across fundraising, hiring, and partnerships, and represent the founders with investors and executives.
— 1–4 years in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment — consulting, banking, VC, or an operational/analytical role at a high-growth startup. Deep-tech or B2B infrastructure exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
Where this role goes
This position is designed to evolve. As the company scales 2x and the structure develops, the role can grow into Chief of Staff, Account Manager (owning key strategic accounts), or Product Owner, depending on your strengths and where the business needs leverage most. You’ll have a front-row seat — and a hand on the wheel — as a deep-tech company scales through its steepest growth phase.
Why now
Zibra sits at the intersection of two compounding waves: the explosion of 3D and simulation data, and the rise of physical AI. The technical foundation is proven, the customer list is real, and the next six months will define the company’s trajectory. You’ll be in the room for all of it.
