The Opportunity
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support our financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment with IFRS standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external accountants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
What You’ll Do
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
Ensure tax compliance and support the preparation and submission of VAT and income tax reports
Assist external accountants with tax filings and financial documentation
Support audit processes, including preparation of documentation and responses to auditor requests
Perform bank reconciliations (incoming and outgoing payments)
Prepare VAT reports
Maintain and organize financial and IFRS documentation
Review company transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date counterparty database
Collaborate with the AR manager, Affiliate, and Legal teams
Contribute to preparation of reports: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, VAT and tax reports
What We’re Looking For
Experience in accounting / finance roles, ideally in an international environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance
Experience working with VAT and income tax reporting
Familiarity with accounting systems (XERO is a plus)
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
