Що робити
- Run a consistent month-end close with clear ownership, clean reconciliations, and reliable accruals.
- Produce accurate financial statements and management reporting that leaders trusted, with tight definitions and documentation for key metrics.
- Implement lightweight, scalable controls (approvals, vendor setup, purchasing, expense policy) that reduced risk without slowing execution.
- Improve budget ownership and variance accountability by building routines leaders could consistently follow.
- Own audit and advisory relationships end-to-end (external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, banking partners, legal advisors as needed).
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years in accounting/controllership of finance operations (close, reconciliations, reporting);
- Strong attention to detail with a bias for pragmatic process (documentation, controls, repeatability);
- Comfortable partnering with external accountants/auditors and building audit-ready support;
- High EQ and stakeholder management: able to say “no” with context, options, and professionalism;
- Calm under pressure, can drive accuracy while preserving trust and pace;
