Що робити
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns across different GEOs and audiences.
- Develop and test targeting strategies using behavioral, demographic, interest-based, and custom audiences.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Retention, and other relevant KPIs.
- Identify scaling opportunities and continuously improve campaign profitability and ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across campaigns, GEOs, audiences, and creatives.
Що очікуємо
- Proven hands-on experience as a Facebook / Meta Media Buyer, preferably in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem and campaign optimization principles.
- Solid knowledge of key performance metrics: CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Retention.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on performance data.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
