Що робити
- Drive weekly/monthly expansion operating cadence (agendas, action tracking, risk log, follow-ups).
- Maintain stage-transition readiness packs with evidence completeness checks.
- Assist with implementation of the Global-vs-Region RACI.
- Track blockers and escalation SLA adherence; surface decision bottlenecks early.
- Build and maintain a centralized expansion knowledge base (templates, decisions, lessons learned).
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years in operations, PMO, business operations, finance operations, or similar.
- Strong written English and structured communication.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Confident working across teams and senior stakeholders, including: Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, People, Marketing, Commercial, Operations.
- Experience participating in new product/region launches and cross-functional projects
