Що робити
- Support the rollout and adoption of ODOO across APOPO Ukraine departments and cost centres.
- Become familiar with APOPO’s ODOO configuration, workflows and internal procedures.
- Assist users during the testing and implementation of new ODOO modules and processes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and verify and document issues identified by users.
- Provide first-line user support for system navigation, standard functionality and correct workflows.
Що очікуємо
- A minimum B2 level of spoken and written English and fluency in Ukrainian.
- The ability and willingness to learn and work with ERP systems or other business applications.
- The ability to translate technical information into clear, practical solutions for non-technical users.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a distributed international team.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and recognise when an issue should be escalated.
