Your Tasks:
Lead the development and continuous improvement of an enterprise Power Platform ecosystem for business users
Define and manage Power Platform environment strategy across development, testing, and production environments
Establish governance frameworks covering platform usage, data protection, connectors, permissions, and solution lifecycle management
Define and manage role-based access models, platform permissions, and user enablement processes
Design and maintain licensing models, platform cost optimization strategies, and usage monitoring processes
Build reusable components, templates, and best practices to accelerate low-code solution development
Define and maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including version control, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of solutions
Establish monitoring and alerting processes to ensure platform health, compliance, and policy adherence
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to align governance requirements with enterprise standards
Balance platform adoption with governance, security, and operational control across the organization
Promote adoption of low-code technologies through onboarding, training, and community enablement initiatives
Required Experience and Skills:
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI-powered low-code solutions
5+ years of experience designing and implementing governance frameworks for enterprise low-code or automation platforms
5+ years of experience defining and managing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes
3+ years of experience managing enterprise platform environments, permissions, connectors, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
3+ years of experience with platform licensing models, FinOps practices, and cost optimization
3+ years of experience building citizen developer, maker enablement, or low-code adoption programs
Experience collaborating with Architecture, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders
Strong understanding of enterprise platform governance, security, and compliance practices
Ability to translate governance requirements into practical guidance for business users
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Would Be a Plus:
Experience implementing enterprise automation and AI-powered productivity solutions
Experience developing reusable low-code components and solution templates
Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms and Microsoft ecosystem technologies
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments
Background in organizational change management and platform adoption programs
