- Plan and coordinate engineering activities in production.
- Ensure technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
- Lead engineering projects (modernization, new line launches, CAPEX initiatives).
- Cooperate with contractors and equipment suppliers.
- Analyze production losses, downtime, and defects; implement optimization and automation solutions.
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
- At least 3 years of engineering team leadership.
- Experience delivering CAPEX projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management.
- Lean / TPM / Six Sigma knowledge.
