Що робити
- Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams of up to 10 engineers (backend, frontend, infrastructure, mobile)
- Own delivery, quality, and technical outcomes for your teams
- Partner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution
- Drive and evolve engineering processes, including planning, estimation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management
- Contribute to architectural decisions for systems running on hybrid infrastructure
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
- Strong software engineering background with the ability to engage in technical discussions and architectural decisions
- Experience delivering complex software systems in production environments
- Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains
