We are looking for a Deliverability Manager to take full ownership of inbox placement across our newsletter operation. You will work directly with the Head of Project and our production manager, and guide our marketers on every decision that touches deliverability — from infrastructure and authentication to content, segmentation, and sending strategy. We send millions of emails a day to cold audiences, and getting into the inbox is the difference between revenue and noise.
This is a hands-on, deeply technical role for someone who lives and breathes deliverability. You will not be directing a team to do the work. You will be in the DNS, in the headers, in the seed data, and in the postmaster tools yourself. The marketers will lean on you for direction, and you will be the final word on what we do with our sending infrastructure.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Inbox placement and sender reputation
Infrastructure and authentication
ESP strategy and operations
Cold audience deliverability
Marketer guidance and enablement
Monitoring, reporting, and incident response
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
6+ years in email deliverability as your primary focus, not as a side responsibility within a broader marketing or ops role
Hands-on experience operating at 5M+ sends per day. You have run real volume and know what breaks at scale
Deep expertise across the major ESPs. You have configured, optimized, and migrated between them, and you know which one to reach for in which situation
Technical fluency with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, IP and domain warming, feedback loops, and postmaster tools. You configure these yourself
Strong understanding of every factor that affects deliverability — infrastructure, authentication, content, engagement, list quality, sending patterns, mailbox provider behavior — and how they interact
Proven track record diagnosing and fixing real placement issues at scale. You can tell a clear story of a crisis you owned and resolved
Experience sending to cold audiences and the deliverability discipline that requires
Excellent English, written and verbal (C1 or above)
Nice to have:
Direct newsletter experience, especially with promotional content at scale
Experience using AI tools for deliverability work — log analysis, header parsing, content review, monitoring, reporting
Existing relationships with deliverability teams at major ESPs and mailbox providers
Experience with email validation, list hygiene, and engagement-based segmentation tools
Background in performance marketing, affiliate, or media

Multinational and intercultural experience

A world-class team to work with

Cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
Competitive salary
Common team activities (football, basketball, tennis, board games, and more)
Bonuses according to the policy

Coffee, tea, sweets, fruits, and more snacks
Adequate teammates
