• Manage and optimize existing email & SMS automation flows and trigger campaigns;
• Launch new direct marketing campaigns to increase revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value;
• Own campaign execution end-to-end: planning, segmentation, copy/design coordination, QA, deployment, and reporting;
• Build and maintain customer segments, email lists, and lifecycle communication strategies;
• Develop and run A/B tests to improve open rate, CTR, conversion, retention, and unsubscribe rates;
