Who We Are
OpenMinds is a defence technology company operating at the frontier of cognitive defence and strategic intelligence. Founded in Ukraine at the outset of Russia’s full-scale invasion, born out of urgency and battlefield experience, we’ve since scaled to the UK and globally, while still staying close to the operational reality of the fight we’re built for.
We deliver end-to-end capability across information environment assessment, audience research, synthetic testing, operational simulation, and campaign dissemination. We support 5 NATO-member state governments and 20+ defence primes worldwide.
Our platforms were developed and validated under active warfare conditions across 600+ missions. In June 2026, OpenMinds placed 2nd of 93 companies in the NATO Innovation Challenge on Cognitive Warfare.
Join us to help democracies build resilience in the new arms race for cognitive warfare, and shape the future of defence with real-world impact.
Who we’re looking for
OpenMinds is seeking a hands-on Digital Performance Specialist to find out what works across our channels and make it work better. You have strong quantitative skills, think like a product owner, and ask the right questions before opening a tool.
In this position, you will:
— Analyse website traffic in GA4 and compare metrics across channels (CPM, CPC, CTR, conversion rates and cost per result) to evaluate what performs and where audiences come from
— Run and optimise selected paid ad accounts, including budgets, targeting and creative rotation
— Optimise funnels through A/B testing, from first contact to the action we want people to take
— Bring reporting from all channels and vendors into a single dashboard
—Benchmark channels and vendors on quality and transparency, flag anomalies such as bot traffic or inflated numbers, and turn findings into clear recommendations for the team
We are a perfect match if you:
— 3+ years in digital analytics, performance marketing or a similar quantitative role
— Strong math and statistics skills: you know when an A/B result is meaningful and when it’s noise
— A product mindset and curiosity with data: you treat each channel and funnel as something to improve, ask the right questions, and spot what others miss
— Healthy skepticism: you check numbers before you report them, know how data can mislead, and can explain findings clearly to non-analysts, including what the data doesn’t show
— Upper-intermediate+ level of English
We offer:
— A work culture that values focus, elegance, speed and experimentation, with deep roots in the philosophy of play (Huizinga, Hesse).
— Competitive market salary with room for performance-based progression.
— The chance to work on some of the most exciting and hardest problems in information operations and cognitive warfare, alongside a team and partner network operating at the frontier of the field.
— A genuine role in shaping the industry: OpenMinds contributes to emerging doctrine and policy, publishes frontier research, and speaks at leading conferences.
— HQs in London and Kyiv, and presence in key democratic capitals.
— Unlimited vacation and leave policies.
