Що робити

Develop and execute a performance-driven digital marketing strategy focused on player acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
Identify, test, and scale effective acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, SEO, ASO, UAC, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Telegram, Native/Display Advertising, and other relevant sources.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending across channels to maximize ROI.
Analyze the entire acquisition funnel, from traffic and registrations to FTDs, repeat deposits, and NGR.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics: FTD, CPA, CAC, Deposit Amount, NGR, LTV, ROAS, and ROI.

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in Digital / Performance Marketing.
Mandatory hands-on experience in iGaming (Casino and/or Sportsbook).
Demonstrated success in acquiring depositing players and scaling profitable marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of iGaming business metrics, including FTD, CPA, Deposits, NGR, LTV, and ROI.
Hands-on experience with multiple digital acquisition channels and a solid understanding of their performance and economics.

Що пропонуємо

Experience with the BetB2B / 1xBet platform.
Experience in African, MENA, CIS, or Asian markets.
Successful track record of launching and scaling new GEOs.
Experience building marketing strategies from scratch.
Experience managing external agencies, contractors, or marketing teams.
