Your future responsibilities:
Infrastructure automation, working with Docker and Kubernetes, Linux server administration. Monitoring, security, and system scalability
CI/CD setup and automation
Development and maintenance of pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI), automation of microservices deployments for the payment layer
Infrastructure & Cloud
Management of Kubernetes clusters, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible), hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + private cloud), configuration of network isolation for payment zones (PCI DSS scope)
Monitoring & Incident Response
Setup and maintenance of the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), on-call rotations and incident escalation, participation in RCA and post-mortem processes
Security & Compliance
Implementation of DevSecOps practices: image scanning, secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NBU regulatory requirements
Your skills and experience:
3+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role, preferably in fintech, banking, or telecom
Experience working with high-load services with 99.9%+ availability requirements
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Understanding of PCI DSS requirements or experience participating in compliance audits
Experience participating in on-call rotations and resolving production incidents
Stress resistance: the ability to make decisions under pressure in critical situations
Responsibility and understanding of the impact of changes in a financial environment
Strong collaboration skills when working with development, security, and compliance teams
Documentation skills: maintaining clear runbooks and architectural documentation
Readiness for on-call duties and unplanned tasks
Nice to have:
Experience integrating with NBU SEP, Visa/Mastercard processing, or SWIFT
Certifications: CKA, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or PCI DSS QSA
Familiarity with open banking standards (PSD2, NBU Open API)
