- Engineering Excellence & SDLC
- Own and evolve the Engineering SOP, including branching, PR workflow, documentation, CI/CD, release management, and operational readiness.
- Drive industry best practices, including automated testing, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps, code quality standards, and observability.
- Own release cadence, hotfix processes, engineering metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Leadership & Architecture
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years delivering production web applications and leading technical decisions.
- Strong experience with Node.js/Express, React, MongoDB, SQL, CI/CD, cloud, and architecture.
- Experience with customer-facing SaaS platforms, technical leadership, and engineering process ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
