- Own UX Direction: Lead design across analysis, practice, coaching, competition, and progression, connecting them into a clear product experience.
- Shape Product Decisions: Collaborate early with Product and Engineering, using player research and product data to identify and prioritize problems.
- Hands-on Design & Prototyping: Personally design the most complex user journeys, translating poker strategy, hand analysis, and training data into clear interactions.
- User Research & Testing: Lead usability testing with players, refine solutions before development, and evaluate results after launch.
- Cross-Platform Experience: Design coherent experiences across desktop and mobile web, with strong information hierarchy, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
