- Pre-Sales & Solution Support:
- Collaborate closely with Sales on pre-sales activities: proposals, estimations, solution shaping, and client presentations;
- Participate in discovery phases and help structure delivery approaches for new opportunities;
- Contribute to commercial proposals with delivery strategy and implementation planning;
- Stakeholder Management:
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager;
- Technical background (QA/BA/Developer);
- Experience working with Tier-1 geo (Canada, Europe);
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and multiple production directions simultaneously;
- Proven ability to negotiate project scope, budgets, timelines, and rates with clients while maintaining positive relationships and achieving win-win outcomes;
