Change Management: Hands-on experience introducing new processes and frameworks within development teams with minimal resistance.
Methodologies & Frameworks: In-depth knowledge and practical application of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SDLC.
PM Tooling: Expert-level mastery of Jira (custom workflows, roles, JQL, automation rules, Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence.
Delivery Metrics: Ability to collect, analyze, and act upon metrics such as Velocity, Throughput, Lead/Cycle Time, CFD, and Burn-down/Burn-up charts.
