- Hands-on Informatica PowerCenter (or similar ETL tool) experience — building and maintaining workflows/mappings
- Solid grasp of Data Warehouse concepts (dimensional modeling, ETL patterns, data quality)
- Comfortable with second-level support (no shifts) — troubleshooting production incidents, not just building new pipelines
- Experience with change/release management processes
