- Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across databases, dashboards, and reports.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with business, BI, Data Engineering, and IT teams.
- Handle BI support requests, including incorrect metrics, missing data, report refresh issues, and access problems.
- Validate reporting logic and help users understand key metrics.
- Maintain data quality checks, help automate recurring controls, and document common issues.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, BI Support, CRM analytics, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience validating data and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills.
- Experience with BI reports and an understanding of how data moves from source systems to dashboards.
- Clear communication with users and technical teams.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or automated data quality checks.
