About the Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage and develop relationships with your own portfolio of international clients, helping them get the most value from PRNEWS.IO.
This is a client-facing role with a strong commercial focus, designed to support customers across different time zones. Working the evening shift, you will be available to clients during their business hours, helping them navigate their campaigns, solve challenges, identify relevant solutions and grow their business with PRNEWS.IO.
You’ll combine relationship management, customer care and sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
Working hours: 13:00–22:00 Ukraine time (Kyiv time), Monday to Friday (with 1 hour break)
What you’ll do
Manage and develop relationships with your assigned portfolio of international clients.
Build long-term customer relationships through email, calls, messengers and other communication channels.
Communicate proactively with customers during their business hours across different time zones.
Understand clients’ businesses, goals and needs, and recommend relevant products and solutions.
Support customers throughout their campaigns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Monitor customer activity, identify potential issues and address them before they become problems.
Encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Recommend relevant products, services and promotions based on customer needs.
Work towards sales, retention and customer growth KPIs.
Keep customer information, activities and follow-ups accurate in the CRM.
Collaborate with Sales Executives, Marketing, Customer Support and other teams to improve the customer experience.
Share customer feedback and insights that can help improve our products and processes.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or a similar client-facing role.
Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken. You should feel confident communicating with international clients, leading conversations and handling business-related discussions independently.
Experience working with international clients across different time zones is an advantage.
Experience in online advertising, digital marketing, media, SaaS or digital services is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, commercially minded approach and willingness to take ownership of customer relationships.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Resilience and a calm, professional approach when handling challenging situations.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about PR, media and digital marketing.
Willingness and ability to work the 13:00–22:00 Ukraine time schedule.
What we offer
$1,300 base compensation, with the opportunity to earn up to $2,300 through performance-based bonuses once the bonus system is enabled.
