Що робити
- Start on product onboardings for new customers after ramp-up;
- Once product knowledge is solid, own proactive engagement on a book of about 150 to 180 accounts: retention, renewals, adoption, and upsell;
- Capture churn drivers and customer feedback and pass them to Product and Sales;
- Act as escalation point for the Concierge team on customer satisfaction;
- Maintain account health, renewal status, and engagement records in Dynamics.
Що очікуємо
- Salesforce experience (Middle Administrator, BA or Consultant level);
- Advanced spoken and written English — daily direct communication with US customers;
- Proactive, customer-facing mindset — leads conversations, asks discovery questions, drives customers to a decision, not an order-taker;
- Customer Success, account management, or onboarding experience with SaaS customers;
- Able to run product onboarding independently after ramp-up.
